Martin Ainscough


Martin grew Ainscough crane Hire into the largest and most successful crane business in the UK, prior to its £255 million sale in 2007. Following the sale, Martin started a number of other ventures, including a private equity business, which made a multi-million pound investment in Carlick Contract Furniture. Martin is also chairman of the Ainscough Group of companies and sits on the Prince’s Trust Fundraising committee.


Neil Harrison

Managing Director

Neil joined the Board as managing director in 2013. Prior to joining the team, Neil spent 14 years with Broadstock Office Furniture, where he held several senior positions in quality management, human resources and latterly, business development. Neil heads up the management team and is responsible for the medium to long-term strategic direction of the business and managing its aggressive growth plans.


Sabin Islam

Finance Director

Sabin joined the Board as finance director shortly after the buy-out of the business in 2008. Prior to joining the team, Sabin worked at Manchester firm, Hurst corporate Finance, advising clients on multi-million pound corporate acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and re-financing transactions. Sabin now heads up the finance team and is also involved in all legal, commercial and strategic aspects of the business.


Sherrie Lubeck

Sales Director

Sherrie joined the business in 2011 as sales director and brings a wealth of experience to the business having spent 15 years in the sector. Sherrie is responsible for running the sales force whilst maintaining the company’s major PLC client accounts. Prior to joining Carlick, Sherrie has held senior sales positions with other leading contract furniture suppliers in the UK.


Nathan Kingdon

Production Director

Nathan joined the team in 2007 as production manager and was promoted to production director in 2012. Nathan has nearly 10 years experience in contract furniture manufacturing and is responsible for all aspects of production and operations.
